Since the inception of quantum theory, the issue of the role of the observer or psyche raises lot of interests among the scientific community across the globe. Many proposal have been put forward to resolve the issue. However, we take a different path to resolve the issue. We are able to identify the quantum process in brain function and its possible implications. The conscious experience is shown to be associated with this quantum process in the brain. The concrete proposal has been put forward to verify it using certain kind of meditation technique as mentioned in various texts of Indian Philosophy.
